Conditions of Sale
Prices quoted are
net and inclusive of VAT. Except where stated, prices do not include
postage or packing. We do not have a minimum order quantity.
We send our plants
by special delivery or by overnight Parcelforce ensuring that your plants
reach you by the following day. All orders are executed in sequence of
their receipt. We aim to respond to orders within 10 working days, but
please allow a maximum of 15 days during our busiest times. Unless
notified, orders are shipped from spring (March/April) to autumn
(September).
Please make cheques out to “Saflora”.
We have a no quibble return policy, if your plants arrive
in a damaged state let us know within ten working days and we will
dispatch a replacement.
