Customer Details

All orders should include an email, and or a daytime phone number and delivery instructions.

Delivery

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices do not include postage or packing (except for seeds and gifts). Delivery cost is calculated on the quantity and at the  end of the transaction.

Typically they are; 1-3 Plants up to £7.50, 3-6 Plants £15.00

Most of our plants are sent by Royal Mail and or Parcel Force, unless otherwise stated.

All orders are executed in sequence of their receipt. We aim to respond to orders within 10 days working days, but please allow a maximum of 15 days during our busiest times.

Unless notified orders are usually shipped subject to weather conditions (we do not ship if the weather conditions will affect the plants).  If we cannot supply exactly your order, we will contact you to inform you and advise of any similar or equivalent plants.

Product prices, tax, shipment,  and or insurance are as shown on your invoice.  Changes to exchange rates, duties, insurance, freight costs may cause SAflora to adjust prices accordingly.  Payment must be made to SAflora and received by SAflora before  goods can be shipped.

We have a no quibble return policy, if your order arrives in a damaged state please let us know within ten working days and we will dispatch a replacement. When you receive the order please check the delivery for any defects and notify us.

SAflora is not liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond it's reasonable control examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transport problems.

Substitutes

Unless requested substitutes are not sent.

Payment

We accept most credit cards online through PayPal. If you prefer to pay by cheque please print out the order form and send to the address on the Home page  and make your  cheque out to "SAflora Plants".

English and Welsh law and the exclusive court jurisdiction of the English Court will apply to this agreement.
